Stencil printing allows adhesive dots to be dispensed with a single pass of a squeegee.

Full exploitation of this important process benefit was restricted by the limitations of traditional stencil printing technology e.g. limited dot height variation, inconsistent dot shape and volume, contamination of metal stencil underside.

These constraints have now been overcome - by the Loctite Varidot™ stencil printing process.
