Our Trade reception counter is manned by experienced staff able to identify and supply any of the maintenance (MRO) products stocked by Blue Diamond. Experience in identifying and cross referencing part numbers is a key skill acquired by all of or trained operatives, having spent a majority of their time working within the stores environment.

Many of our clients visiting the Trade counter fall into the 'distressed' category, they normally have a broken piece of machinery, or belt or bearing or other wear part. Our ability to deliver a solution immediately from stock has enabled us to have an enviable reputation as solution providers to our local maintenance and OEM clients.
